尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、各位同仁，朋友們：

大家好！

Distinguished leaders, colleagues, and friends: Good morning! 

非常榮幸應(yīng)邀出席禾豐股份30周年慶典。我謹(jǐn)代表中國畜牧業(yè)協(xié)會向禾豐股份30年來在科技創(chuàng)新、人才培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新、商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新和經(jīng)營管理方面的創(chuàng)新所取得的成就表示最熱烈的祝賀！同時對金衛(wèi)東董事長率領(lǐng)創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)和全體禾豐人為中國畜牧業(yè)乃至世界畜牧行業(yè)所做出的重要貢獻(xiàn)致以崇高的敬意！

It is an honor to join you at the 30th Anniversary Ceremony of Wellhope.

On behalf of the China Animal Agriculture Association, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations on Wellhope’s remarkable achievements in technological innovation, talent development, business model advancement, and management excellence over the past three decades. I also wish to pay the highest tribute to Chairman Jin Weidong, the founding team, and all members of Wellhope for their outstanding contributions to both China’s and the global livestock industries.

當(dāng)前，國際經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展形勢復(fù)雜多變，全球產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈供應(yīng)鏈加速重構(gòu)，農(nóng)業(yè)與食品產(chǎn)業(yè)的安全、穩(wěn)定、可持續(xù)發(fā)展成為各國戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)。中央一號文件連續(xù)多年明確提出要強(qiáng)化畜牧業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈建設(shè)，培育具有國際競爭力的農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)，因此中國畜牧業(yè)規(guī)模化養(yǎng)殖浪潮奔涌不息，智慧牧場的科技之光和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化養(yǎng)殖基地星羅棋布，區(qū)域協(xié)同發(fā)展格局日趨完善。物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能等前沿科技深度融合養(yǎng)殖業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，讓傳統(tǒng)畜牧業(yè)煥發(fā)出全新活力；中國畜牧業(yè)總產(chǎn)值節(jié)節(jié)攀升，肉、蛋、奶產(chǎn)量穩(wěn)居世界之巔，構(gòu)筑起國家糧食安全的鋼鐵長城，也為全球農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)注入了中國力量。

The global economy is undergoing profound changes, with industrial and supply chains evolving at an unprecedented pace. Ensuring the security, stability, and sustainable development of agriculture and food industries has become a strategic priority for countries worldwide. China’s No. 1 Central Document has repeatedly emphasized the importance of strengthening the entire livestock supply chain and fostering globally competitive leaders in the agricultural sector.

As a result, China’s livestock industry is experiencing rapid transformation, with large-scale operations expanding, smart farms emerging, and standardized breeding bases taking shape. Cutting-edge technologies—such as the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and artificial intelligence (AI)—are being seamlessly integrated across the livestock production chain, injecting new vitality into a traditionally structured sector. Today, China’s meat, egg, and milk production continues to lead the world, laying a solid foundation for national food security and contributing to the global agricultural supply chain.

在這波瀾壯闊的產(chǎn)業(yè)畫卷中，有時代機(jī)遇也有行業(yè)使命，禾豐人無疑是抓住了機(jī)遇，創(chuàng)新引領(lǐng)，奮斗拼搏，穩(wěn)健前行，貢獻(xiàn)了最濃墨重彩的一筆。三十年間，你們始終以“促進(jìn)中國畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展，造福人類社會”為使命，在商品飼料與畜牧養(yǎng)殖領(lǐng)域雙輪驅(qū)動，縱橫馳騁；在白羽肉雞產(chǎn)業(yè)躋身世界第一梯隊(duì)，為亞太市場源源不斷輸送優(yōu)質(zhì)、安全的畜禽產(chǎn)品；在生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)亦取得長足發(fā)展，你們因此也成為了中國畜牧業(yè)協(xié)會副會長單位，我為你們?nèi)〉玫某删蜕罡凶院馈８档梅Q贊的是，禾豐以“公司+基地+農(nóng)戶”的模式，與千萬農(nóng)戶共享發(fā)展紅利，為鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略提供了生動實(shí)踐。

This grand transformation brings with it not only new opportunities, but also new responsibilities. Wellhope has seized these opportunities with foresight and determination—advancing through innovation and delivering remarkable value. Over the past 30 years, Wellhope has remained true to its founding mission: to drive the development of China’s livestock industry for the benefit of society. It has thrived in both the commercial feed and livestock farming sectors, becoming a leading player in the white-feathered broiler industry and consistently supplying the Asia-Pacific market with high-quality, safe products. Its swine farming division has also demonstrated impressive growth.

Wellhope’s achievements have earned it the position of Vice-President Unit within the China Animal Agriculture Association, and I take great pride in these accomplishments. Even more commendably, its model of integrating enterprises, farming bases, and smallholders has empowered millions of farmers to share in the gains of industrial development, offering a vivid and practical example of rural revitalization.

金衛(wèi)東董事長帶領(lǐng)禾豐創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)艱苦創(chuàng)業(yè)，通過三十年的砥礪奮斗，將禾豐打造成為擁有近300家控股參股公司的國際化企業(yè)集團(tuán)；以愛國情懷和敬業(yè)精神，在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與市場開拓中屢建豐功。禾豐品牌正向世界傳遞著中國農(nóng)牧企業(yè)的品質(zhì)與溫度，贏得了全球同行的尊重與贊譽(yù)。禾豐的30年，是中國畜牧業(yè)崛起的縮影，更是民營企業(yè)奮斗精神的生動寫照。

Under the leadership of Chairman Jin Weidong, Wellhope has grown from a small startup into an international enterprise group, now encompassing nearly 300 holding and associated companies. Rooted in patriotism and driven by professional excellence, Wellhope has made significant strides in technological innovation and market expansion. The Wellhope brand has come to symbolize the quality and warmth of Chinese agriculture and livestock companies—earning widespread recognition from industry peers around the world.

Wellhope’s 30-year journey is a testament not only to China’s rise in the global livestock industry, but also to the resilience, determination, and pioneering spirit of Chinese private enterprises.

面向未來，世界農(nóng)牧產(chǎn)業(yè)格局正在重塑，可持續(xù)發(fā)展成為行業(yè)共識。愿禾豐以三十周年為新起點(diǎn)，以更開放的胸懷、更昂揚(yáng)的姿態(tài)，向著 “世界頂級農(nóng)牧食品企業(yè)” 的宏偉目標(biāo)闊步前行！在創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的璀璨星河中摘取最閃耀的星輝；在國際合作的舞臺上，奏響中國畜牧業(yè)的時代強(qiáng)音。讓我們以禾豐為榜樣，中國畜牧業(yè)協(xié)會也將一直陪伴禾豐股份、攜手前行，并加強(qiáng)匯聚行業(yè)力量，推動我國畜牧業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，共繪中國畜牧業(yè)護(hù)航全國人民高品質(zhì)生活的壯美畫卷！

Looking ahead, the agriculture and livestock industries worldwide are entering a new era of green, sustainable development. I hope Wellhope will take this 30th anniversary as a new starting point—embracing openness, boldness, and innovation as it works toward the ambitious goal of becoming a world-class enterprise in agriculture and animal husbandry. May Wellhope continue to shine among the brightest stars in the galaxy of innovation, advancing the global recognition of China’s livestock industry.

Taking Wellhope as a role model, the China Animal Agriculture Association will always stand alongside Wellhope, forging ahead together. We will strengthen the integration of industry forces to drive the high-quality development of China's livestock sector, and together we'll craft a vibrant vision where China's livestock industry becomes the cornerstone of quality living for all citizens.
